Pre Industry Day Workshop

As part of the Pre-Industry Day series, the Society for Industrial Relations and Entrepreneurship Development (SIRED) and the Science Industry Interaction Cell (SIIC), in collaboration with Ceylon Biscuits Limited (CBL), hosted an engaging professional development session titled "From Graduate to Professional: Building Your Interview Presence and Personal Brand." Held on June 10, 2026. 

The workshop was led by Ms. Kenesha Karunarathna, Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development at CBL. Designed to help Faculty of Science undergraduates and postgraduates transition seamlessly from academia to the corporate world, the interactive session equipped students with essential strategies to refine their personal branding, enhance interview performance, and make a lasting impression on future employers.
